Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on coin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any coins you have not yet spent on a lesson.

Refunds are handled by Leonoria directly. Request one from the support options in your account, or email billing@leonoria.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paystack, our payment processor, normally within 5–10 business days.

Coins spent on a lesson are governed by our cancellation rules:

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before the lesson: the full coin cost is returned to your wallet automatically.
• Cancelled by the teacher, at any time: the full coin cost is always returned to your wallet.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson, or a student no-show: the lesson is not refunded, because the teacher has reserved that time.

Refunded coins go straight back into your balance and can be used for any other lesson.

If a lesson could not go ahead because of a fault on our side — for example the classroom failed to load — contact us and we will return the coins for that lesson in full.
