Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on coin purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any coins you have not yet spent on a lesson. Coins are refunded at the price you actually paid for them — coins bought in a larger bundle cost less each, so they are returned at that lower rate. We record the amount paid on every purchase, so there is nothing for you to work out.

There is one exception, and it is the only one: the 10-coin first-timer pack is non-refundable. See The first-timer pack below.

Refunds are handled by Leonoria directly. Request one from the support options in your account, or email billing@leonoria.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paystack, our payment processor, normally within 5–10 business days.

Coins spent on a lesson are governed by our cancellation rules:

• Cancelled 24 hours or more before the lesson: the full coin cost is returned to your wallet automatically.
• Cancelled by the teacher, at any time: the full coin cost is always returned to your wallet.
• Your teacher does not arrive: the full coin cost is returned to your wallet. From 5 minutes past your start time, if your teacher has still not entered the classroom, you can close the lesson yourself and your coins go straight back. You are never charged for a lesson your teacher did not attend.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the lesson, or a student no-show: the lesson is not refunded, because the teacher has reserved that time.

Refunded coins go straight back into your balance and can be used for any other lesson.

The 10-coin introductory pack is sold once per account, below what the lesson costs us to run, so that a first lesson is affordable. Because of that it is non-refundable, and buying it uses up your one-time offer whether or not you go on to book.

This does not affect your lessons. A lesson paid for with those coins is covered by exactly the same cancellation rules as any other — including a full return to your wallet if your teacher does not arrive. What is not refundable is the purchase itself, back to your card.

If a lesson could not go ahead because of a fault on our side — for example the classroom failed to load — contact us and we will return the coins for that lesson in full.
