Core Platform Use & Safety
Leonoria is an online interactive marketplace connecting independent TEFL tutors with students. The platform maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or sharing of personal contact data (emails, phone numbers) inside private chat windows. All communications and lesson execution must remain securely inside Leonoria.

LeoCoins Wallet Disclaimers
LeoCoins are prepaid credit for lessons — you buy them in advance and spend them on teaching, like a class pass. They are not a cryptocurrency and not a digital asset: there is no blockchain, no exchange, and a coin cannot leave Leonoria or be transferred to another person. They hold no cash value outside the platform. Purchased LeoCoins do not expire: they stay in your balance until you use them, with no time limit and no dormancy deductions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Teacher Cancellation
If a teacher cancels a scheduled class slot at any time before the session begins, the LeoCoins you spent are returned to your wallet in full and immediately. You are never charged for a lesson your teacher cancelled or did not attend.
Student Cancellation (Fair Notice Rule)
Cancel 24 hours or more before the class starts and the full coin cost returns to your wallet automatically, with no penalty. Cancel inside the last 24 hours, or do not arrive, and the lesson is not refunded — the teacher held that time for you. No service fee or commission is deducted in either case, because there is none: Leonoria takes no percentage of any lesson.
Refunds back to a card
Cancellations return coins to your wallet, which is instant and involves no card and no processor. Returning money to the card it came from is a separate, manual request handled by our team, and it is governed by the Refund Policy, which is the authoritative statement of these rules.
Section 4
Dispute Resolution Protocols
In the event of connection failures or system bugs occurring mid-lesson, either user can trigger a dispute flag within 24 hours of the cut-off timestamp. Disputed sessions freeze the transaction balance, routing the class ledger to the hidden Admin Compliance Review dashboard. The Leonoria Admin Team holds ultimate administrative final authority to examine lesson logs, review timer metadata records, and issue binding coin or cash refund arbitrations.
